This shortfill collection is designed for sub-ohm vapers, due to its high VG (70/30 VG/PG), meaning it is much thicker and will need heavy-duty coils and high power kits to vaporise the liquid. There is a massive plus for this though and it means you can get excellent flavour along with dense and smooth vaping.

This liquid is 0mg nicotine so nicotine free, as per the law, but you can add a nic shot, which will give you 3mg of nicotine, or add two for 6mg of nicotine, sub-ohm DTL devices vaporise liquid with more power which means you won't need as much nicotine which is why you will only really need a maximum of 6mg.
